I have also lived through many life challenges: change, multiple relocations abroad, running businesses alongside a day job and finally transitioning into being a full time business owner.
All this while juggling work and parenthood.
I am a big believer that you can create a great working life for yourself if you decide to, regardless of your circumstance. I also believe that you don't always need drastic career changes to start loving your work.
If you can relate to parts of my story, it will make me a better coach for you. Best guidance comes from someone who has been where you are.
Nothing makes me happier than to see my clients gain the confidence and clarity to have the work life they love.
Not all coaching certifications are equal. I trained and qualified in Transformative Coaching with Animas Centre for Coaching, the leading Coaching school in the UK.

I'm credentialled by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the PCC level. This proves that I have undergone in-depth education and training, met stringent experience requirements and demonstrated a strong commitment to ethics and excellence in coaching.

I am passionate about the highest standards of coaching and spreading this passion to others in my profession. I am a qualified coach supervisor and part of the faculty at Animas Centre for Coaching and the International Centre for Coaching Supervision.

I enjoyed 15 years of a fast-paced corporate career before becoming a coach. I had senior roles in a big4 consultancy firm where I led teams and developed my business skills.

I have coached others as part of my job for many years before deciding I want to make it my full time profession.

I have made major changes to my career after deciding that the looming headaches at the start of each week can't be ignored any more.
I bring all this experience to my coaching.

Lessons from my own career journey

If you'd like to get to know me a bit more and hear me talk about my own career journey, watch the interview I did for Animas Centre for Coaching, where I work as a coach trainer.
While the conversation has been recorded for coaches building their practice, in my conversation with Brinsley we touch on many topics relevant to anyone building a career on their own terms:

R important career "wake up moments" that changed the course of my career,
R how creating a career that's a great fit takes experimentation and iteration,
R the surprising learnings about our working identity,
R how common imposter feelings are,
R how to use everyday emotion as an effective life design lens.
