Coaching with me is a powerful conversation where I help you make the changes that you want in your life.
But here is the trick:
I'm not going to tell you what to do.
After all, we can binge on all the career advice there is, but following it can be a very different story. You might know it all by heart by now, but there might be something stopping you.
Our sessions are a dedicated thinking space for you to find your own answers.
They are also 100% about you. You set the agenda and my job is to be your exploration partner, but I don’t give advice.
My core belief as your coach is that you are the expert on your life and can decide the best way forward. My role is to challenge you out of your comfort zone, but also to be your personal cheerleader.
I will ask questions that get you to the bottom of your beliefs and desires, and we'll look out any blocks you may have. We will go into practical aspects and into deeper feelings as they come up. This can be a very powerful experience.
In practical terms, coaching is a conversation that helps you move closer to where you want to be. I will ask you powerful questions that will make you think deep. Sometimes we may use exercises, especially if you want to develop more self-awareness, but that really depends on you and what you need to move forward.
The approach will be fully bespoke to you, I don’t use any “cookie cutter” programmes.
But the coaching process is also what happens outside of the sessions. My role is also to hold you accountable to move forward. For best possible results you will be ready to act and work on the goals we set each time.
Most of my coaching these days takes place via video calls so you can be anywhere you like in the world, be it your own bedroom or the Seychelles.
